2. Website access and hosting

When you access this website, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information and HTTP status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain stability and security and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, functional and economical operation of this website. Recipients may include hosting and IT service providers acting as processors on our behalf.

Access data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for delivery, stability and security purposes. Data is retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a specific security incident, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details, the content of your message and related information required to handle it. Where the communication concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding appropriately to your enquiry.

Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require further storage. Commercial and tax records are retained for the applicable statutory period.

Appointment booking via Cal.com

When you book a meeting through an appointment link, you are redirected to Cal.com, a service provided by Cal.com, Inc. Cal.com processes the information required for the booking, in particular your name, email address, appointment time and any additional information you provide. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the booking relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in efficient appointment scheduling.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The hosting or access platform may use technically necessary storage where required for security and service delivery. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

OpenAI Measurement Pixel

With your consent, we use the OpenAI Measurement Pixel provided by OpenAI, L.L.C., 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. It helps us measure whether and how visits and contact actions on this website relate to our advertisements in ChatGPT. Data processed may include the page visited, time, browser information, referrer and campaign information, and interactions such as opening the appointment booking page, an email address or a telephone number.

When consent is granted, the first-party cookies __oppref, with an intended lifetime of 30 days, and __obref, with an intended lifetime of 365 days, may be set. The Pixel is loaded only after you select “Allow measurement”. The legal basis for storing or accessing information on your device is Section 25(1) TDDDG; the legal basis for subsequent processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

After you consent, we transmit page views in parallel through the browser Pixel and our server-side interface. Both channels use the same event identifier so that OpenAI counts the page view only once. The requested URL and, where available, the advertising reference oppref and browser reference obref may be processed. This measurement does not take place without your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect through “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the website. After withdrawal, the Pixel sends no further measurement events and, according to OpenAI, removes the Pixel cookies described above.

If you have consented to measurement and then book an appointment with Cal.com through our website, we send the confirmed booking to OpenAI as a conversion event. Attribution may use the advertising reference oppref, the browser reference obref, and email and name values that are normalised and SHA-256 hashed locally. We do not send these values to OpenAI in plain text for this purpose. Attribution information is passed to Cal.com through UTM parameters and returned to our server with the booking event. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We disclose personal data only where necessary for the purposes described above, where legally required or where you have consented. If service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction under Article 18, data portability under Article 20 and objection under Article 21. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

8. Updates

We update this privacy notice when our website, services used or applicable law changes.
